I led design on a variety of user-centered, end-to-end solutions for Meta Business Suite, particularly focused on making the platform more accessible for mid-sophisticated, small business users.
Driving Business Account creation and setup was a top priority for this work as Business Accounts unlock the promise of MBS — the ability to take action on all Meta accounts in one place.
